We are teaming up with Stay Vocal (SV), a reuse apparel company and top ten finalist for the 2009 Green America’s People’s Choice Award, for a t-shirt design contest focused on “What is Waste?”  documentary web series. The documentary name, “What is Waste?” will be the major focus of the design, but NFS and SV want those who have been vocal about saving the environment and creating awareness to put their words and thoughts into a t-shirt design that conveys their own idea of what is waste. The design will be printed on brand new t-shirts that were originally set to be destroyed by merchandise companies, simply because they were overstock and unable to be sold.
